Shipping and Returns

The IAPStore utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based upon the weight and destination of the order. You will be able to view your shipping options and charges before authorizing payment. In order to expedite the shipping process your order may be broken up in to several shipments due to certain items being housed at different warehouses across the country. Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours of purchase unless specified on the product details page. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 4 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery after shipment, no matter what the location.

If you have a not received your order, received damage or incorrect items or have any other questions or concerns about your order, ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST and allow for us to respond to your concerns before filing a complaint with PayPal or filing a chargeback. Any complaints filed without contacting us first to resolve the situation will result in an immediate ban from our store.

RETURN POLICY will credit your account for a returned item:

– If the item is received by within 35 days of the shipping date; and The returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap). You will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchased item(s) minus shipping cost. This is not applicable to items that are not wrapped (e.g. “mixes”), we will not accept returns on these items unless they are defective.

– will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will issue a store credit:

If the item is received by within 35 days of the shipping date; and the returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).

– will exchange a defective item (will not play properly, skips, wrong music) or damaged item (damaged in transit to the destination) for a new copy of the same item or will credit your account with store credit if the item is out of stock:

If the item is received by within 35 days of the shipping date, and the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.

In addition to the requirements above, items must be returned to the return address included with your order and you must follow the instructions regarding returns that are included with your order, including providing the reason for your return, the nature of any defect, and the original order number. You will not be charged additional fees for replacement shipments in this case.
Please allow up to three weeks for returns to be processed. We will notify you via email of your credit or exchange. recommends that you send your returned items via an insured carrier. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. IAPStore can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. All international orders will contain a customs form on the shipping label. This label will list the contents as “Compact Disc, DVD, etc.” It is mandatory that we fill in the value of the order on this label (shipping charges are excluded). We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise.


Listed below are some helpful reminders for customers shipping to international locations:

– International customers are responsible for all local import fees, duties, and/or taxes associated with your order. Check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.

– Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned altogether. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. While we can refund the merchandise cost if an item is returned to us due to import restrictions, we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. In some cases, customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the merchandise or the shipping and handling costs.

– When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. Please be understanding of this complex operation and allow 30 business days before declaring an international shipment lost in transit and requesting reshipment.
